Strip-out, shopfront glazing or roller-shutter, partitioning, ceiling, lighting design, electrics and data, flooring, fitted joinery (counters, shelving, display), signage and decoration. Typical 4–10 week programme depending on unit size and complexity.
Salons need correctly designed power, water and waste at every station, plus the right ventilation for treatments. Café and hospitality fit-outs add grease extraction, food-safe finishes and acoustic treatment; any gas appliance commissioning is delivered through our Gas Safe registered partner. We handle every trade in one programme.
Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs, partitioning, suspended ceilings, lighting and emergency lighting, data and power, HVAC, kitchenettes and WCs to Part M. Out-of-hours working where the building is occupied during the day.
